As paralegal, this person will be responsible for filing pleadings and motions, calendaring deadlines in active cases, and organizing case files, among other duties, in employment and personal injury matters.

Required Qualifications:
At least two years of experience supporting cases in federal court and state court, including experience supporting trials. Candidates with more experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Excellent attention to detail; highly organized, proactive.
Professional manner and ability to interface with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Familiarity with legal document management systems and e-discovery platforms.
Commitment to plaintiff-side work.
Compensation, Benefits, Perks:
The minimum salary for this position will be $63,000 on an annualized basis. Candidates with more experience will be compensated accordingly and are encouraged to apply.
Remote-first work policy with flexible, limited in-person requirement.
