Carl Engstrom

Carl represents employees who have been harmed at work or discriminated against. He has extensive experience working on class actions and complex civil litigation and has recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of thousands of class action clients. Carl is frequently invited to speak on matters impacting workers’ rights. Before entering private practice, Carl clerked for Judge Hudson of the Minnesota Court of Appeals and Judge Carrothers in Hennepin County District Court.
